Cancellations and modifications
Before you place your order, you can review the summary of your cart, including all items, the total amount, and shipping details. If you would like to cancel or modify your order, most orders can be amended up to an hour after being placed. To change or cancel your order, please get in touch with customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org
We are happy to offer an exchange/replacement/refund for an unwanted item returned within 30 days of purchase. Returns made 31-60 days after purchase may not be eligible for exchange/replacement or refund. To complete the return, you must have proof of purchase. When applicable, the customer will be responsible for paying return shipping costs, including customs.
Please note that all unwanted items must be returned in a saleable condition:
Unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. We are unable to offer a refund, replacement, or exchange on items that are not re-saleable.
Once unwanted items are returned and verified, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
We offer replacement/exchange/refund on all products if received items are defective or damaged during shipping. To claim replacement/exchange/refund, proof of damage must be provided (e.g., photos/videos).
We do not issue a refund if your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address, incorrect phone number, etc.)
